Activision and Raven Software have finally revealed when Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered will get the final six remastered maps.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered launched last month with only ten multiplayer maps. Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare launched with sixteen maps, but Raven Software assured players that the remaining six maps would launch for free in December. Now, we know when.
The remaining six multiplayer maps -Bloc, Countdown, Pipeline, Showdown, Strike, and Wet Work- arrive December 13. In addition, the update that delivers these maps will also include Hardline and Gun Game, two fan favorite modes that did not exist back in the Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare days. Finally, Raven Software is proud to announce that the Winter Crash map is coming back! The studio willing be running a 24/7 playlist for the Christmas themed map starting on December 20 that will last through the holidays.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered is available now as part of the Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare Legacy Edition on PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Keep an eye out on Amazon and other retailers, as they might drop the price of the Legacy Edition before the holidays.
